1. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 10 working days. However where items are out of stock, there may be a delay. In this case, we will inform you of a new estimated delivery date. All orders will require a signature on arrival. The carrier will call to set up a delivery time. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 5 - 10 days from the time of order. 

Delivery is available to the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Germany and Nerther Lands. An additional shipping and handling fee will be applied at check out if additional transit time will be required. Locations outside of a regular delivery area may be restricted. To inquire about delivery to these areas, please contact customer service  +44 2081445359.

3. Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact our customer service on +44 2081445359 or info@en-barbecue.com within 14 days of delivery and we will either exchange, replace or refund the item price. All we ask is that the item(s) are in their original packaging, If any goods are returned damaged we reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with our costs of processing the sale.

Any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded nor will the original cost of delivery, unless in the case of damaged or faulty goods, or goods mistakenly shipped.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.

None of the above items affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied nor does it affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.

How to Return

If you request an item be picked up for return, the item must be packaged and available for pick up at the same address and in the same manner as it was delivered.
If the item arrived to you in a box, it will need to be in a box at the time of pick up.
